"Jumping in"

After dragging my feet with the whole "blog" thing, and after getting told many times that I "HAD" to have a blog for business, I am finally jumping into the whole online-viral-marketing-thing. I can't seem to understand why people think I need to talk about myself (nor do I WANT to talk about myself), or who in the heck cares about what I am doing but I have given in.
